You have to seek out people all the time so you are not unprepared when problems, setbacks and the like happen, and they will happen.
Just think, I'll give you some examples of what can happen from morning to night in a company (yes, even in your company):
maternity (after all it seems like a right and normal thing to me, don't you think?)
s, resigns
someone or more than one sits down and becomes facebook data unproductive
someone moves to another city/region/country
etc…
I ask you, but if you are not ready, you don't have a plan B in the face of these events, how do you think you will get out of it?
Continuous research is your lifeline, it allows you to immediately have a solution ready for any problem of staff shortage/absence/departure.
