How does the system help to obtain a license?

At the beginning, we already said that the procedure for issuing a new license is not simple and is done according to the instructions. This is easily satisfied by the business process we created on a special order, and the functionality of Bitrix24. At the right moment, namely after the completion of the sales procedure (signing the contract and receiving full payment for the license), the person responsible for issuing the license receives a task with all the necessary information: an informative accurate mobile phone number list title with the name of the counterparty, the name of the license and the validity period.

The business process includes:

A brief description of the necessary actions, including a link to the agreement, which is contained in the register of agreements here on the portal.
A checklist that helps you not to forget any of the steps of the procedure.
An MS Word file with instructions and a link to the service where the password for the account is stored, which you need to enter and log in to obtain a license under a specific account.
Deadlines for completing this work.
Link to the deal to fix the terms of the new license and much more.
How does the system help resell licenses?
Above I mentioned that the license sale transaction card has a field for selecting the license validity period. Based on this information, the program will calculate the dates:

when you need to remind that the license is expiring;
when it's time to create a new sell trade;
when it's time to close the deal.
The value of this field is taken as a basis, and then everything happens by simple comparison. Each value of the field "License term" corresponds to three calculation dates:

when to notify;
when to create a new deal;
when to close the current trade.
At the appointed time, the responsible person receives a notification, thereby launching the process of a new sale. So to speak, moral preparation begins. Then a specific instruction to action occurs - a new deal is assigned to the responsible employee of the commercial service, which he must work on. The deal contains information about the previous agreement for the expiring license and information about the client's company. With all this, he "goes into battle" - to sell a new license.
