Guido Montaruli, IM student and Senior Business Leader at Grupo OSDE

Guido Montaruli forged his career at the OSDE Group, Argentina's leading healthcare services network. After nearly 11 years with the company, he has risen through the ranks to become Senior Business Leader, the position he currently holds. He tells us his story in the following interview.

With a degree in international business, you started working very early in your career in process improvement for OSDE, managing projects in the Commercial Management department. What exactly did your job entail?
Mainly, by articulating management needs with processes and systems, analyzing solutions to find the best alternative to resolve specific business problems.

How important are the tasks you perform related to online marketing (compared to your other roles) and which ones do you enjoy the most?
Within the Commercial Department, Marketing is the most in-demand area related to digital channels, so I needed a postgraduate degree to brazil mobile database provide a more valuable perspective on the company's needs.
My favorite tasks are those related to communications: email marketing, content, and social media, for example.

What does your job as a Senior Business Leader entail?
The various business proposals are analyzed to find the best solution in terms of costs, benefits, and channels. Additionally, external proposals are evaluated and digital trends are researched to incorporate them into the company.

What are the specific features of the healthcare sector from an online marketing perspective?
The sector is no stranger to the habits and needs of all people and how they relate to technology. The online concept no longer speaks of a channel but rather of an experience shared by all of us as consumers. This concept has broken down restrictions on contact times, demands immediacy and, fundamentally, personalization. Online marketing generates opportunities for reach, costs, and functionality that have radically changed customer relationships.

What tools are most effective for you in achieving your goals?
A good ESP for our email campaigns, a world-class CRM, a team dedicated to generating valuable content on the website, an app in which we're investing efforts to bring service closer to people, without the need to travel or face time restrictions to complete their transactions, accompanied by an SEO strategy that gives us visibility.
