In such an environment, IT staff becomes bureaucratic and reactive, focused on filling out forms and documents instead of creating efficient technology focused on real users.
I'm not saying that management elements should be eliminated entirely, but they should be reduced to what is strictly necessary to provide a model and infrastructure that supports information workers within the technical areas Belarus Mobile Database of companies, but with 100 years of scientific management in the management team under our belts, this will not be an easy task, at least in traditional companies.
